If you're an out-of-the-Staunton, VA-area client, please choose the 'shipping' option during checkout. Mailing flowers requires careful handling, and I'll assist you throughout the process! The shipping fee included in your total covers sending your finished frame back to you. However, you'll need to pay for shipping your fresh flowers to me. To ensure they arrive safely and in good condition, please ship them the day after your event using next-day air.

For local clients, you can select the 'drop off & pick up' option during checkout. Fresh flowers are best, so if possible, please drop them off the day after your event.

If you cancel your order after placing it, we'll deduct a 25% service fee from the total amount. Once your blooms arrive at our shop, our product and service become nonrefundable. If you need your blooms sent back to you, you'll be responsible for the shipping fee.

The typical completion time for your frame is about 8-10 weeks, as we take the time to meticulously press and preserve each flower.

Since these pieces are highly customized, your vision is crucial to me. If you have specific ideas for how you'd like it to look, I'm all ears! If you opt not to preview the design before finalizing, I'll exercise creative freedom to ensure the piece meets your expectations, beyond what's outlined in your original order
